Since I started my weight lost journey I almost lost 90 pounds at the beggining I simply cut sugary drinks and anything made of out of flour and I had great results. Then, I restricted carbs and in the last months went carnivore until,I reached my current weight. One day I was at the Gas Station and I saw a coke zero and I told myself once in months won't hurt( it has zero calories after all), but that made me remember how much I loved coke and started buying it every day, that let to crazy cravings for junk food and like a slippery slope I got chocolate bars and started eating things I know I shouldn't. My last weight in I gained a few pounds, not enough to be worriesome but still. Anybody have gone through something like this? any advice to stop the cravings, or make me feel fuller?
