Hi all, I’m a little bit confused (also, sorry about mobile formatting!).
In a lot of places, I almost always see “weigh yourself first thing in the morning!”. However, it looks like I weigh significantly less at the end of the day? I’m worried that I don’t have an accurate gauge of my actual weight if I’m having such wild swings (1.2 lbs today alone!) from AM to PM.
I eat during the day and drink tons of water. So I don’t think it’s a matter of no food in stomach vs food in stomach weight. TMI but coffee poops are also a thing. But that can’t be enough to offset my daily food intake by a matter of POUNDS right? I’m so freaking confused. Also, the weight difference is generally sustained through the next evening if that means anything.
I’m at my wits end lol.
