2 years ago I lost 20 pounds and ended up gaining 30. This year, I've lost 50 pounds but I still had more to go. For one month I started strength training and gained 6 pounds...I stopped due to a busy schedule, thinking most of the inflammation/water retention would subside when I stopped. It didn't...I'm now up 10 pounds since my lowest weight 2 months ago. I'm still in a 500 calorie deficit eating 1400 net calories per day- and I don't know what to do. I also haven't gotten my period for 4 months and I've been having excessive urination and I don't know why. btw 15 year old female, 5 foot 11, 164- now 174 pounds.
