Losing weight is good for the Environment!

Just wanted to put that out there for anyone who needs a reason to lose outside of themselves. By reducing your consumption, you’re helping the environment!

My partner and I just started doing a few more things that are better for the environment and our bodies, but we’re looking for more tips too. These are the ones we’ve started:

  • Cook at home from scratch most nights (less plastic waste)
  • Cut out beef (Substitute Turkey and Chicken on everything)
  • Walk / Bike when possible (we live in Texas which is designed around car travel)

So thanks everyone for reducing consumption, and I wanna hear how you work being climate conscious into your diet!
