I lost 4.4kg (9.7pounds) in exactly 2 months

First post here, I just wanted to say I am very proud of myself and want to share how I did it.

1. My failures

My whole life I've had troubles losing weight. One time in my life I wanted to get rid of my fatty body and lost 15kg (33pounds). It gained again and I lost over 25kg (55pounds). But I did that mostly by fast dieting, drinking green smoothies and doing sports. Because of heavy stress at work I gained it all again :-(

2. Dating

As I am trying to date I see A BIG difference in my face if I compare years old photo's with nowadays. Besides still not getting my dating-rocket off the ground I feel a lot more confident to talk with women and loving myself and the world. One of my girlfriends gave me a big compliment that I looked a lot better nowadays :-)

3. What I've learned

I've learned that doing sport (which I hate), fasting and dieting (like Atkins, ..) doesn't work for me. I had to quit my job because the stress was unhealthy for me.

4. My results

- I quit my job and got another less stressy one.

- I've achieved my results by STOP BUYING UNHEALTHY FOOD(!!!). So no chips, fat, fried stuff and food >5/100gram sugar. So no limonade again for me. Also I stopped eating corn flakes.

- Stopped going to the supermarket when being hungry, to avoid me buying unhealthy food.

- Always keeping my Doppler on my side which is filled with water.

- Based on my activity that day I make more or less food. I have normal plates and small plates. I put my food on a small plate. If it doesn't fit I know it's too much food.

5. What I've got planned

Losing 4.4kg over 2 months is a lot for me and I do it very slowly (550gram/week - 1.21pounds). Within 2 kilo's I have a GREEN BMI(!!!) which means "I have a healthy weight". I want to lose another 4.4kg this way.
