I bulked up for around a year, and gained 25 pounds, and also grew 5 or 6 inches.
I want to cut now, because I feel like I’m slightly overweight. I’m not 100% sure that I have enough muscle, but I can’t take it any longer.
How much should I be eating? I work out 5 days a week, for about an hour each day. I’ve been eating 2000 calories and around 100g of protein, does that seem like a good amount?? And will I still make noob gains since I’ve only been doing any sort of exercise for a year??? I pretty much spent my life from ages 10-16 doing absolutely no exercise.
I’m 17, 160 pounds, 5’7.
My bench press went from about 60 pounds, to 160 pounds now. So I’ve got decent strength
