Hello!
I am a young professional who has recently lost about 30-40 lbs (thanks a lot to getting motivation and help from this sub!!) But recently I have been finding that my eating pattern is sabotaging me. I got very accustomed to eating two huge meals a day, which really helped me maintain a deficit, but now when I eat, I get SO sluggish and lethargic- I literally can't do anything (even study) for at least an hour after I eat.
I want to switch up my eating and instead of doing IF/ two meals a day, eat around 4-5 smaller meals per day. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for easy snacks that I can take to school to keep me full throughout the day so I don't binge when I go home. I am scared that changing my eating will ~trigger~ me and make me go back into my old ways, so any suggestions or help would be much appreciated!
