Do I need to be completely restrictive to see results?

Im a 5'7" 24F at 220 lb. I'm naturally muscular and at my skinniest/fittest in highschool I still weighed 160 lb.

I've always been decently healthy when it comes to food. My meals are well rounded (baked chicken/veggies/wild or brown rice is my staple meal) and I don't eat much fast food if at all now. I drink lots of water and always have. I have a desk job but I get up and move a lot and take walks often. Other than the 10 weeks I took off this summer because I broke my foot, I've always had a second job serving. Last year I was really good about working out 3-4 times a week typically doing Les mills classes and biking and only lost about 10 lbs. I didn't keep this up as much over the winter/spring with going to the gym 2 times a week but my weight didn't change. I still haven't been working out since of my injury but Ive picked up intermittent fasting and I've been eating a lot less but still no change in my weight. My down falls are eating late, beer, chocolate and my depression/anxiety.

I don't know what else to do than to work out 4 times a week and restrict my diet completely or just accept my fate.

Any advice or words of wisdom welcome.
