Difficulty finding motivation

My girlfriend and I have been working hard to make home cooked meals, portion control and eating healthier. So far I've lost 30lbs in 3 months just eating smaller portions. We haven't really counted calories but we've been aware of healthy food choices, cut out processed food and sugar.

Our next step is to incorporate the gym and walk out dogs more but it just feels like there isn't enough time in the day. We wake up at 4:30 get ready and go to work by 6:30 and we both get home around 5 then back to bed around 8 to start it all over again. Our jobs aren't extremely physically demanding but they are mentally and emotionally draining but we love what we do. We really want to know if other people feel like this and what worked for you?

I know that if we can get the routine going we can do it but it feels so difficult sometimes.
