Dieting making me depressed?

I recently started dieting 3 weeks ago. I am intermittent fasting (16:8), drinking a lot of water, and tracking calories/macros. I do low carb (not keto) and have been allowing myself to have treats on weekend as long as it's within 200 calories of my daily goal. I also do low-impact cardio twice a day for about and hour total.

So far, I've lost 6lbs pretty easily, but I've noticed my mood has been lower and I feel borderline depressed most days. I'm wondering if it's because I miss using food to cope with stress or something else.

Has anyone felt this before while losing? How long does it last? Any tips on managing my mood?
