I don't know how to control myself when surrounded by amazing junk food at college dining halls.

Hey guys, its been a while since I posted last time. In my last post, I talked about how I managed to give up chocolate milk for good, and although that still holds true (with occasional slip ups), I've faced much bigger challenges this past month. I'm at a residential summer camp at a college campus, meaning that I have to eat at the college's dining halls daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner). And college dining halls are wild. So so so so so many options - cereals and sugar and treats and everything I would never have access to at home are available here, and I feel like I've regained all (although minimal) pounds I've lost this month just gorging myself on food. Do you guys have any advice on how to eat or control yourself when you are surrounded by the most amazing junk food?

TLDR: Discovered amazing food at college dining halls and have no idea what I should eat or how I can control myself. Any tips?
