What's achievable naturally with consistency with nutrition and cardio ? This is for who doesn't believe we can change our body , this is for who is wondering if I ever get the body i want ! work for it be consistent with nutrition and exercise and u will succeed don't ever give up on yoursf

I made this post to show it is possible to change our body , the results of course will vary from different body types and probably my body type is not the best example , but I was skinny fat , and had no idea about nutrition and exercise because I never care and even when I tried to lose weight I just didn't had the knowledge to make it work , I was one of those that believe crunches burn fat ! I'm 38 now and I started my fitness journey almost 3 years ago Nov 2016 , for who can see the picture left picture , that day I was just determined to change my body and took that picture and promised myself that it would be the before picture , I lost over 20 pounds (10kg) in a 8 to 9 month period with alot of determination because I wanted that bad to change . I just want to motivate people to believe in themselves because I was on that side too and had no clue I could ever get the results I got in 8 months much less after almost 3 years still been able to maintain a body shape I'm comfortable with ! And yes I had gained and lost some weight even after I got to see my abs or being in a body fat level that looks on standards of what people think is attractive or looks good , but I got the knowledge and determination to regain that level or leanless or what ever u guys wanna call it , that right side picture is from yesterday , I don't need the compliments my reward is being able to achieve my goals by myself and I have nothing to prove to others or looking for any kind of compliments . I just wanna say that we can achieve more then we imagine it is possible in anything in life , having a nice body is not everything in life , but sure being through an experience like this can make us believe so much more in ourselfs and take it to other areas on our life I'm still working on that one ! I did that with determination exercise and learning and watching my nutrition without any drugs or crazy stuff people use . If I did this at 35 years old so can u regardless of what people say or speculate , believe in yourself and adquire the knowledge to do things right , learn how the body exercise and nutrition work be consistent and results will come I promise u , God bless
