hey y’all! i’m fairly new to reddit, but i’m an avid pop culture and meme enthusiast, so my joining was inevitable. quick backstory, i’m 13, female, 5’3 and 140 lbs. I have genetically big bones and can lift and press quite a lot compared to other people my age (both boys and girls) but i am still kinda chubby and want to get slimmer. i am mostly preoccupied with school (when it’s not summer) but i do the school conditioning and sports program and play on the volleyball, basketball, soccer and shot/disc teams. during the summer i work out daily, and have a smart watch that tracks my cal. any tips on how to stay motivated and keep snacking and junk cravings away? thanks!
