Hello all Today marks the day I'm beginning to battle against my poor eating habits. I looked at my weight for the first time in many months and i currently weight 98kg. My objective is to be at 83kilos. I'm a really picky eater. So I have to relearn to eat new things, better things. I know it's gonna be hard. But my fiancee is here to support me. And she wants to lose weight too. So we're gonna be in it together. I feel like it's a real step I have to make, to stop eating like I was at my early-20s and eat like the 28yo I should be. If you have any tips for this journey, I'm all ears (or eyes since I'm reading you). Good luck to all here and thank for being am amazing group
