Hit my goal weight!

I'm a barely 5' 23 year old female who works in an office. In 2017 when I first starting working fulltime and quit my serving job I gained the weight FAST. Went from 100 lbs to 130 lbs in 6 months (I realize my heaviest weight is ideal to many, please keep in mind I'm very short so I carry it differently). I went up 4 pant sizes and was super depressed. So I took the slow approach with no real deadline in mind to change my lifestyle.

Well, then I got engaged in 2018! So I decided I wanted to hit 110 lb through regular exercise and eating well. So here's what I did:

I go on 2-4 mile walks after work 4 days a week.

I started counting macros. I don't do this anymore but it really helped me realize how poorly I ate. I learned portion control and incorporated more fruits, veggies and overall plant based foods.

I never thought I could do it but I did! I weighed in at 109.8 lbs this morning. And I feel amazing!

Edit: I made a comparison of how much weight I've lost in my face but I can't figure out how to add it! Ah, help!
