First Time Back to the Gym in a Month & Fast Food Free 3

Today was the first day I've been to the gym in a little over a month. I had been going regularly since November, but that died off when my office moved and I had to start biking to work instead of just walking. with a 40+ minute bike each way I've not really had the energy to get up extra early and hit the gym or go workout after I get home. And I can honestly say I've missed the gym. Haven't been able to do any strength training in that amount of time and I must say it feels nice. My arms feel like noodles, and it's a feeling I've genuinely missed. Also today is fast food free day #3! And it was overall a success. I am starting to get cravings for some fries pretty bad, and I'm a bit concerned for work tomorrow at lunch since that's been my biggest weakness lately. Got some things for lunch that will hopefully keep me interested enough, I just get a bit worried because often I'll wake up with the intention to do good, but around 11-11:30 I start getting cravings real bad and don't want the simple sandwich I want that's in the fridge. But I've gotta commit to these 7 days just to prove I can do it, and there's nothing wrong with it. I'm not missing out on anything, and really am doing myself more harm than good when I do order lunch in. When I weighed on Sunday I was at 302. Still hoping to be at like 299 when I weigh on Saturday/Day 7.
