Feeling a bit desperate, need some advice. (M) 19

Hello everyone, I'm asking this on a throwaway because my family knows my main account.

A bit of backstory. I have always been a little bit overweight, but never more than around 10-15 pounds. But around 3 years ago, when I was 16, I developed some serious health issues, and was basically bed ridden up to about 2 months ago.

Over that time, I went from 5'10" 185 pounds, to 5'10" 225 pounds. When I finally started to feel a bit better I realized I needed to make some healthier choices to get back to my proper weight.

So for the past 6 weeks, I've been following CICO, walking 2-4 miles everyday. (Started at 2, currently at 4.) Have been doing intermittent fasting. And started lifting weights 5 days a week.

The reason I'm making this post, is that I have lost next to no weight! I'm currently 222, and feeling really desperate. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I just can't seem to lose weight. I eat the recommend calories on my fitness pal, and eat quite healthy. (Eggs for breakfast, smoothie for lunch, protein and veggies for dinner) I have no idea what to do, any help would be much appreciated.
