Worst habits while losing?

Have any of you developed any bad habits since you started losing? By bad I mean slightly socially unacceptable, wasteful, selfish, etc. I’ll start:

-I rarely take my leftovers from restaurants anymore. It feels super wasteful to say no when waiters ask if I want a box, but I don’t always want to factor that food into my life for a second day!

-I find myself being a food pusher now. When I do take leftovers home, about half the time I offer them to my roommate so that I don’t have to feel obligated to eat them. I also often encourage my roommate to eat the unhealthy food that I don’t want to have in the house any more.

-I throw away way more food than I used to. Sometimes I stare at food and decide that it’s not worth the calories to eat, but know that I’ll eat it if I keep it in the house, so instead I throw it away. It’s super wasteful and I try not to do it, but if it’s the only way I will do it sometimes.

-I have occasionally gone to restaurants since I started CICO with my friends and not ordered anything but a Diet Coke. I know it’s bad to take up a seat for a waiter and not order enough to make for a good tip, but I don’t always have room in my calorie budget to work with and I want to hang out with my friends anyway. I always tip at least 100% of the cost of my drink to make up for it a little, and sometimes I’ll tip even more than that if I can, but it still feels kind of shitty.
