Post-Journey paranoia

Hello! First of all I'd like to say that I've been a silent member of this community for a long time, and it has helped me tremendously with staying motivated - so thank you guys for it.

To make a long story short - I've overweight/obese my whole life. Last year I started dieting and exercising and managed to lose 77 pounds, going from 220 to 143 (my goal was 155 so I overshot a bit). I am Male, 29 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall.

However, instead of feeling really happy about my new thin body, all I feel is fear of getting fat again. To the point of denying myself food sometimes, skipping meals, overexercising and such. I know how to lose weight, but apparently I don't know how to maintain it.

Anyone else here had similar feelings and know how to deal with it? It feels weird even to write it as someone who's been fat my whole life, but I fear I might slip from one extreme into another and develop anorexia or something similar...
