I am currently eating 1500 calories a day, religiously. I'm hitting 80% at least of my protein goal every day. I am absolutely stuck at 149. I know that the normal answer is to decrease calories, but I'm currently breastfeeding. It's recomended to eat 300-500 calories above tdee when breastfeeding. My tdee is just over 1400, which means I'm already eating at a deficit for nursing at my current 1500 calories.
Most days I walk around feeling slightly hungry as it is, and I am taking a good vitamin/fish oil supplement on top of tracking my macros. I'm not sure what to do to budge things around that won't affect my supply for my little one. I'm doing mild resistance training 3 times a week to help keep muscle mass while I cut, but honestly I don't normally count it in my tracker because It only amounts to ~400 calories a week.
Any advice on how to jump start things around and continue nursing? This is my third child, and I've been between 150-162 for almost 8 years at this point. I don't want to be here anymore.
