struggling to be consistent

I am struggling so hard to stick to a meal plan, and i’ve tried everything. Calories, keto, paleo, low fat, high fat, high protein, but I can never go longer than a week before I start binging again. I want to cry. I feel even shittier about myself because i can’t stick to anything. i’ve realized there commitment issues effect almost every other area of my life to except hitting the gym. I really want some hope to work through this, and to stop throwing all of my plans and aspirations the moment i see food and a couch. i’m having quite a tough time with this, and have been wanting to resolve this since december 2017. i swore i’d never binge again after my last birthday, and now my next birthday is in a few days and i’m still binging daily. i’m lost and need some guidance. i don’t want food to be the mere focus of my life anymore and just lose some weight. thanks y’all
