So it might not be the biggest difference but I'm still pretty happy to see my waist/core slimmer and stronger :)
What I did: Foodwise I didn't change that much. Started using fitbit and later MyFitnessPal to keep track of my calories but as I cook everything fresh I didn't need to change a lot. I did cut down a bit on the cheese and bacon tho ;) What did help me alot was discovering FODMAP, as I have ibs but never really taken that into account when cooking. I started doing that about half a year ago and it helped ALOT (like losing 1 kilo a month + no more constant bloating).
Excercisewise I hadn't exercised since I was like 20 due to knee injury, and had always worked in busy restaurants so in my head "that was workout too". About 1,5 years ago I decided to start exercising again. Simple things in my own home, 4 times a week, following along with YouTube workouts. I still do that but added some weights, take up longer workouts now.
I could amp it up more if I would cut out more food and workout more/more often but goshdarnit I just really like cheese, wine and couchpotato-time.
Also: i'm a reddidiot apparently, do I need to mark this NSFW (and if so, how :l)
