Hi all! I'm 18 years old, 5'8.5", and weighed 247 at my recorded heaviest. I'm down to around ~150 depending on water retention and my DEXA scan put me at 17.6% body fat. I'll add a link to a picture of the body composition portion, by body part, of the scan to help (scan is last image, pics unsightly): DEXA Scan and Body Pics
I am dealing with a sagging midsection right now (only part of body that I am insecure about), and flabby arms. Otherwise, people told me that I look like I would have a six pack. I understand weight comes off weirdly when you lose a large chunk because certain fat stores were at full capacity essentially but I don't know if I should continue to cut or bulk... (I have been losing weight for about 2 months now, exercising daily with high-intensity arc trainer/stair climber and strength training, eating 1500-1800 calories). My tummy, arms, and thigh fat (or skin? help??) feel like marbles underneath and I can pull them but it's not the same thinness that loose skin, say under my stomach, has.
