Hey everyone!
It’s me again. I also probably deleted my last few posts from self doubt and insecurity but, maybe I’ll grow some lady kahunas?
I made it to ONEDERLAND within the past 2 weeks. As of this morning I’m 192.0. Starting weight was 232 back in June 2018. I’m only 5’3 so that was about an extra body worth of weight I was lugging around.
I’m not counting calories. Gasp. And to some it seems like what I’m doing is very restrictive, and I’m sure it probably is but with that being said, I absolutely have days where I eat pizza and Chinese food and then maybe make some homemade cookies and wash it down with a Mountain Dew. Healthy? No. But those days where I can’t control that urge are few and far between, maybe once a month now as opposed to 4-5 days a week.
I just wanted to boast and let everyone know how I’m doing so far. You’re all such a great inspiration and I really get a lot of tips and tricks from this sub that I frequently use in my day to day life. My first goal will be 180 pounds, which I haven’t been in over 15 years. Grade 6/7 if I recall correctly.
Thanks again everyone. And if anyone wants to know how or what I’m doing to shed the dead carcass of weight I will edit later on.
