Long time redditor, first time poster here.
A little bit of info about me: I am 26 years old, am 5’9 and weigh 208 pounds. I would mainly like to lose weight so that I don’t develop health problems as I get older, and mainly because I would like to stop snoring, because it’s been driving my roommates crazy.
What are some good tips and tricks for me to lose weight, in addition to working out. It also doesn’t help that I work in the restaurant industry and we get a free meal a day, which I have taken advantage of each time.
Any tips and help is definitely appreciated.
