I'm still aware that my username is very accurate.

I have been dieting and exercising since January 14th. I have went from 394 to 356. I have done this 100% CICO. I haven't been perfect, I have over eaten a lot of days. I have eaten out a lot of days. I haven't switched to only veggies. I eat what I want and when I want, but just a lot less than I want. I've trained myself to be content with less and still enjoy my food. Nobody has said anything to me about having losing weight. Not one person outside of my mom. I live with her and she knows what I am doing. I can tell my body is changing, but nobody who doesn't know what I am doing can tell. It's a little disheartening, but I know I am losing and that's all that's important to me. I also don't want to have to answer to all the questions.

I saw some family I haven't seen in a few weeks. I used to always hang out with them, but recently I fell off the map. I've been trying to focus on myself. You know how moms are, "Did they ask you if you lost weight?" I told her no. She reassured me that I am doing good and she can see the difference... That's what happens when you're really big. You can lose a lot of weight and not many people will notice. It can be discouraging, but you have to keep going. I was offered dinner, but I wasn't hungry since I went out to eat with my mom before I went by my relatives. I was full. Before that wouldn't have stopped me. I would have eaten and then got a bunch of snacks on the way home from the store. I did get a candy on the way home because I had the calories to spare and I wanted them. I was 50 calories under my max goal (2,000)) for the day. So all in all it was a great day. MFP also told me I have logged for 80 straight days.
