I’m losing weight for the first time ever

A while ago I posted on here about my struggle with weight and how I couldn’t lose it despite being on a restricted diet, having a personal trainer and having an active life anyway. I received a few nasty comments about how I’m talking rubbish. I’ve never been able to lose weight. I carried on, I’m 5’1 and edging 87kg, it wasn’t right. I was on 1200 calories a day, I don’t drink, I had a personal trainer twice a week, gym/running every other day and several private riding lessons a week in addition to my usual dog walking and exercising 2 horses. After two hard months I had to stop due to a broken elbow (horse related) and I gave up. I’m wanting to complete an equestrian course but unfortunately it has a weight restriction of 87.5kg. I started a crash keto diet at 600 calories a day and am now, after ten days down to 85.5! I’m smart enough to know it’s not sustainable and it’s not healthy however all I’m trying to say is that sometimes, the standard 1200 isn’t for everyone. I’ve not been hungry or tired or sick. I’m slowly increasing to 800 calories this week and still the numbers are decreasing.
