I only have one roll of back fat now.

In the past two months, I’ve lost 14 pounds with just CICO if around 1600 cals a day and throwing in a little cardio most days. I was starting to get frustrated because I couldn’t tell a difference yet even if others told me they could. I was always trying to squeeze into smaller sizes in clothing, so I still hadn’t noticed a difference there yet either.

But, when I was getting ready this morning, I noticed that I only had one roll of back fat now, not two! I sat there and bent myself all sorts of ways to see if maybe it was just the way I was standing, but there was only one! I definitely didn’t expect this to be the first change that I noticed, but it was the motivation I really needed for today.

I have a long way to go & 14 pounds may not be much now, but this is the longest I’ve stuck with it ever & I’m ready to keep going.

Thank you to all of you that share your stories. This sub has really helped motivate me and keep me on track. Let’s keep losing it!
