How to tell fat vs muscle weight

I have been doing cross fit for about two years now but only changed my diet in the last 6 months. I didn't lose weight until my diet changed but my body did get firmer and stronger. Now that I've changed my diet I lost 30 lbs. I'm currently 245 ish and I'm wondering what weight to aim for. My doctor recommended around 235 and the nutritionist recommended around 225 but I'm just curious what fat percentage that would put me at. I'm about 6' tall and (M)25.

Were those numbers just reasonable goals? I really like lifting, is there a way to stay my current weight and get to 10% fat content which I've heard is close to ideal for men my age.
