How much cardio vs weight training?

I am looking to lose weight, but also maintain and build a little muscle at the same time.

Between December 2018 and March of this year, I lost 32 lbs, but I did like 95% cardio in my workouts. Mostly just using my treadmill 5 days a week, since I have one at home and it was easy to use.

What I didn't notice was how much muscle I was losing by doing that. I didn't realize you lose muscle WITH fat, if you aren't doing something to prevent it. My protein wasn't super low, it was 80-100 grams every day.

I really didn't notice it at first, but then suddenly my arms were way saggier than they were before. Not loose skin, just sagging and hanging differently. I can only assume it's because while I lost fat in my arms, I lost some muscle too. Their entire shape changed.

Anyway, I am re-starting this week after a few weeks off, so I want to do my workouts RIGHT this time. So, should I decrease cardio and do weights more often or what?

What does everyone else do?

I still like using my treadmill because it also helps with my anxiety and depression. I don't want to ditch it completely, but I also don't want to keep losing muscle.
