Question for everyone else. At the beginning of the year I started at 315 and have been steadily losing weight since then. I've been logging everything I eat into MFP, and have felt great about the progress that I've seen. Recently though I feel that I've been at a plateau but I'm not sure if it's actually a plateau and that I need to alter my calorie intake, or if I'm imagining things. I haven't experienced a plateau yet so I don't know what to expect.
Here's some info:
I'm currently consuming 2,130 calories per day (this has been the same since I was 315, suggested by MFP for 2 pounds loss per week with a sedentary setting chosen)
I run about 3-4 miles per day for 3 days a week, depending on what I'm feeling that day (at least a 5k, sometimes a mile and then a 5x1k if I want to work on speeding up my 5k time)
I got down to 289 at the beginning of the month but haven't been able to break past that since then. I've just been hovering somewhere between 289-291 since April 1st. With being the same weight for this long, should I consider this a plateau or am I imagining things? Any ideas or input is appreciated!
