How do you strengthen your self control?

I've been on this journey for about 3 years now. My weight's only changed 14lbs (185>171) but my body fat's down by 10%, I started power lifting with my brother and the beginner gains were real! I was so proud of my progress until February of this year, I moved places with my job and was put in a leadership role that I wasn't prepared for, and I let the stress ruin my sense of self control when it came to food and exercise. It's been 2 months and I'm still struggling to get a hold of everything and stop my binging/restricting cycle that happens like 3 days a week, and my 5x a week gym routine has shot down to 1-2x if I'm lucky.

What do you guys do? How have you gotten out of a rut, or if you're in one, how are you feeling and what are you doing to actively change it? I feel like hearing some different perspectives may help me out.
