Feels like my weight is out of my control... gained 25 lbs in 4 months. Advice?

I didn't realize how bad I'd gotten until I went to the doctor's today and she asked me if I realized that I've gained 25 pounds since my last appointment (4 months ago). I laughed it off and told her I'm working on it but now I'm really stressed and don't know what to do, so I'm here for help.

For starters, I'm 5'1" and 205 lbs - extremely overweight, I know. To make matters worse, I have heart disease already (congenital, not due to weight) but I know the extra fat isn't helping my health in that regard either.

I work a sedentary office job 50-60 hours a week, and I go in at 8 a.m. and by the time I get off it's pitch black out, so while I used to maintain my weight by going for jogs after work, ever since my office did pay cuts and I've been working the job of 5 different people, it's not possible because I don't live in the safest area and can't jog at night. I can't really go to the gym either because I don't have a car and can't afford the extra Uber costs + the cost of gym membership on top of my other bills. So I essentially feel "stuck" with this weight right now.

I literally don't know what to do or where to start. Just looking for general tips because my weight is really getting out of control.
