Hi everyone. I’m new to this subreddit. I’ve been trying to stay away from these kinds of places because I don’t want to seem like I’m bragging about the progress I’ve made so far. But I have a question that pertains to losing a large portion of weight.
What the heck do you do with all the extra skin? How do I get rid of it without surgery? I’m a 29/m, 6’3 and I’ve lost 90 lbs in 7 months. Been eating much healthier, limiting what I eat, and working out 5 times a week, sometimes twice a day. So I’ve got lots of extra skin around my belly and breasts.
If this isn’t the right sub, then pleas ignore my ignorance. I’m just looking for some solutions to this problem I have. Although I know it’s extra skin, it’s still a little deflating when all the kids I teach still mention that I have a big tummy, even though I’ve come so far from the start of the school year.
