Dealing with vacation weight gain

I know its probably just water weight, but it bothers me! I went to hawaii for a week and didn't count calories. I know I ate at or probably slightly above maintenance most days, although I was also swimming, hiking, and walking around everyday. I definitely didn't drink enough water and also ate salty foods plus (TMI) had some travel constipation so when I returned I weighed in at 151.8 lbs! Just drinking a normal amount of water again has put me down to 148.2 lbs today, but its still upsetting, even though I know I would've had to eat an almost impossible amount of calories to have actually gained back 5 lbs. What are some ways to deal with so much water weight? Plus my husband is coming back in a week (rest of the trip was business). So I want to feel confident and sexy when he returns, not bloated and bummed out.
