Can't lift the amount of weight I've lost

I was at the gym last night and was doing strength training when I tried to lift 30lbs which I can if I am starting my workout, but this was towards the final sets and I f*cking could not lift it regardless of the effort. Today morning I hit 187lbs and realized this a pound less that the weight I could not lift, the sense of pride was so amazing! However, I wondered how difficult would it have been on my body carry so much extra weight!

On a side note, if you are plateuing or are losing the will to stick to the regimen, just go to the gym and lift a dumbell of how much weight you've lost get a sense of your accomplishment! If you don't go to the gym, just lift a bag of flour or anything you know how much it weighs! I remember someone mentioning on a thread that he lost weight equivalent to two cats! :p
