Hello, everyone!
This is my first time on this sub and literally just came across it whilst searching for ways to lose some weight. I figured this may be a good place to get some advice.
I'm not exactly sure how much I weigh or how much I want to lose but I would like to at least be given some pointers on how to start and maintain a basic workout routine.
If there is also any advice that could be given on how to cut down on eating food or what kind of food to eat instead, I'd appreciate it.
Just as a side note, I did try going to a gym before but I just felt too uncomfortable and self-conscious, which may sound a little silly and still don't feel comfortable going back. With that said, if there's any advice for workouts at home, I would be very grateful.
