30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 20

Happy 420!! I have celebrated already but even if it’s not your thing — enjoy!

My mind feels softer today but still not out the dark. But I will be fine. It’s almost vacation time after all!!

  1. Write the next episode for my show. (Hasn’t been as consistent here. Need to figure out my rhythm with both weekend work to handle. Want to make more time for this.)
  2. Workout at least 5x a week (not a great gym week but I did a lot of walking and physical labor so I hope it balances a smidge)
  3. Weigh 245 by the end of April. Time to gun it, friends. (Down to 255 this AM! Nice to be in the 250s officially ... 10pounds off from goal. Upcoming shark week, so this is going to be not likely but will keep focused.)
  4. Start my podcast. I had the logo for months, time to put it to use. (Will choose theme music this weekend. Listen to VO artists and write my script. Will record more content on Sunday AM)
  5. Do the 30 jump squats a day. My legs... (Will do 200 between today and tomorrow .)
  6. Ride my bike 1x a week (Didn't bike this weekend but I plan to do it this week. Probably on Saturday to my yoga workstudy.)

I don’t leave for vacation until Thursday and I have a full days ahead. Keep me in your thoughts lol. And now, you!
