30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 11/12

I am so happy that its Friday! Yesterday was both fun, busy, and put me in my feels so I collapsed yesterday and I'm still tired today. It's hard when you're trying to figure out what you want...especially when it comes to people. BLECH. Another story for another day.

Here we go...

  1. Write the next episode for my show. (I plan to keep myself sequestered this weekend, so there will be a lot of writing.)
  2. Workout at least 5x a week (My knee is acting wonky...and I ended up hanging with someone and we walked around Queens...got my steps. Friday, is a rest day due to my knee and then personal training Saturday and Sunday!)
  3. Weigh 245 by the end of April. Time to gun it, friends. (Getting over myself and will weigh myself Sunday.)
  4. Start my podcast. I had the logo for months, time to put it to use. (Will record my intro episode this weekend and will spend Sat/Sun editing. I want to launch it mid-May. So, I want to do an episode a week till then.)
  5. Do thé 30 jump squats a day. My legs... (Have to do 60 tonight when I get home from dinner with a friend.)
  6. Ride my bike 1x a week (Rode it on Sunday...maybe that will be my biking day. Ass still a-hurtin' 01/01 Will probably do this again on Sunday, it was mind clearing.)
