Yet another “why can’t I lose weight post”

Lurker here, so I’ve seen a bunch of these in the past. I want to get some quick responses out: Yes- I weigh everything I eat first. Yes- I track even small tastes of things. I calculated my TDEE based off the body fat % I had on my inbody analysis, with sedentary activity levels so I believe it should be fairly accurate regardless of working out.

All that aside, I have now been working out 3-5 days a week every week for 2 months, tracking everything I eat for 2 months, and following 1400 calories with tracked macros for 1.5 months. The other 2 weeks I didn’t track macros, but was still tracking calories. I’ve gone significantly over (more than about 100 calories) once for a family event, and most days I’m within 20 calories of that goal (over or under, but more commonly under). I don’t eat back workout calories. I do sit at a desk for work all day. At the gym I do either just weights or weights and cardio.

I’m 5’6, 196, female. My TDEE should be (based on a very high bf%) 1,850.

So I feel like I’m going to scream and give up. Why have I lost only 2 lbs over the last 2 months? I clearly have a lot more weight to lose to get into a healthy range. I know from that same inbody that I didn’t gain any muscle from working out, so it isn’t a case of being replaced (which seems unlikely given my weight that it would be the problem anyways). What part of the equation am I missing? I feel like I’m addressing the typical answers of not tracking right or calculating wrong, and I’m getting so frustrated that I’m not seeing any progress...so I’m here trying to find what else it could be. Please help?
