Why do I still feel like crap after losing the weight?

So I’ve been losing weight for the last twoish years, and I’m happy to say that I’ve been majorly successful. I’ve lost about 40lbs and am at my lightest since my sophomore year of high school. I also discovered a begrudging affection for running, which I never thought was a “me” thing. Everything should be great... right?

Wrong. As happy as I lam that I’ve gotten healthy and fit, I still find myself unsatisfied with how I look. I’m sitting here at 130lbs and all I see are love handles and jiggly thighs. I struggle with the fact that when I started this journey I imagined ending up with a toned, willowy figure only to find that I’m naturally curvy and not at all willowy.

Does anyone else struggle like this? I love hearing about everyone’s triumphs on this sub, but I’m hoping that someone has advice on how to deal with it.
