When did you stop considering yourself a fat person? Am I the only one who feels like I have a ''fat mind''?

I'm not sure how to put this question. I don't necessarily mean physically, but mentally.

I'm M22 5'7'' from 220 to 170 lbs. I work out every single day for about 2 hrs. I stick to 1500 calories. I drink a LOT of water. I diligently watch my macro's. I spend an hour a day outside either walking/cycling/longboarding. I eat a lot of vegetables. My body doesn't look horribly sedentary. My point is, I know I have an active, healthy lifestyle.

Yet, I don't consider myself athletic or sporty at all. It sometimes feels like something I DO, rather than something I AM. It kind of feels like mentally, I'm still that obese person. Even though I feel a lot better now, have more energy, and sure as hell look a lot better than I did, I still find it kind of hard to mentally recognize myself if that makes sense. Sometimes it feels like I'm an obese person that somehow got good at completing these tasks, living this life, making these choices.

I actually do enjoy going to the gym. I'm a pretty good cook, too. I love being outside. On paper, I sound so active. And I guess I am because I really actually do those things. I like this lifestyle, but it feels like my mind hasn't caught up with identfying with it. Does this sound familiar to any of you? How do I transform my ''fat person mind'' into a way of thinking that matches the way I look and live?

Thanks for reading!
