Under 300 for the first time in 5+ years!

I weighed myself this morning and saw 299.4! I actually put my glasses on just to make sure lol because this is the first time I’ve been in the 200s in over five years.

I weighed in at 340 mid-December when I presented to the Emergency Department with what would be diagnosed as a kidney stone too large to pass. My size delayed/complicated treatment and led to a week of constant terrible pain/nausea/hyper-emesis before the stone was removed. That was the kick in the butt moment I needed to get motivated to lose weight and overall be healthier. Three months later, I am down a little over 40 pounds by eating high protein/low carb-ish, drinking three liters of water/day, logging my calories and staying around 1300 calories a day.

I feel amazing and my next goal is to exercise on a regular basis. I’ve been going on walks/light hikes but feel I need someone/something to hold me accountable like orange theory or a similar type program. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA!
