Tips for coffee without making it sweet?

Has anyone been successful in cutting out sugar from their coffee? I have never liked it black- it’s way too bitter (and I’m not a huge fan of Tea).

Recently I’ve been putting two teaspoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk into my coffee, but I’m trying really hard to cut sugar out entirely- at least until the cravings are gone.

I’ve been drinking my coffee with milk and sugar since I was a very young man- at least 16 years now.

Has anyone found any success in this? Is it about acquiring the taste for black coffee? Any/all suggestions are welcome. Though, I hear the artificial sweeteners cause cancer so I try to stay away from those.

Thanks all
