Tip: What you eat is what you crave.

Six months ago, I reached 20 lost kilos. Then I was fired from my job and decided to stay on maintenance for a while, just until I was back in the saddle.

But, then December came along, and I thought I might as well keep maintaining until Christmas and New Years was over. There's always an excuse.

I have ended up regaining 3 kilos, and when that started to happen I decided enough was enough.

Now I'm slowly getting back into my deficit, and I am experiencing sugar cravings for the first time.

And today, it dawned on me. My body has been used to eating sweet, calorie dense foods, and now it craves it. Last time I was actively losing, I was craving broccoli sometimes.

So, I'll try my best to see it through for a week or two, and hopefully I'll get so used to the proper stuff. After all, brusselsprouts are delicious!
