The gods spared me! (Cheat day)

Yesterday I thought I destroyed my progress of the whole week.

It was the day before my withdrawal bleeding, so I craved chocolate and sweets like CRAZY! I couldn't hold myself back and ate nearly a whole bar of chocolate, 3/4 of the ben & jerry's my boyfriend gave me and soooo many sweets... In the end I had around 2600kcals. I felt so incredible weak... But when I stepped on the scale this morning, nothing had changed somehow! I'm so grateful and I really hope that I can continue like this day has been erased out of time.

However, does anyone have an advise what to do when cravings hit you really hard? Usually I can just sit them out, but at this time at the month it's like my body is simply taking what he wants :(
