[SV/NSV] My BMI is no longer 'Extremely Obese'!

I was just looking at a BMI chart and realized I went from 'extremely obese' to 'obese' - yay! I never thought I'd be happy about being obese lol but this feels great.

It's been 6 weeks of CICO and going to the gym regularly, the longest I've ever stuck with anything when trying to lose weight.

I had been in denial for a long time and refused to weight myself, my highest weight before was 244, even though I could feel my clothes getting snugger and snugger. I got weighed at the doctor on February 1 and was floored to see that I was 265, and it really hit me that I was closer to 300 than 200 and would easily get to 300 if I kept going at that rate. It was the wake up call I needed and I'm finally getting serious about treating my body well and getting healthy.

I'm tall and have a large-ish frame so 15 pounds hasn't made much of a difference in how I look or feel, but seeing that number keep going down is making it feel so attainable to get down to onederland and then a healthy BMI, and it never really did before!

Big thank you to everyone in this sub! You guys are so motivating and helpful! I mostly lurk but plan to start jumping in and posting more as I continue on this journey :)
