Suggestion for a meal plan app?

I have been looking around for a "good" meal planning app. Planning my meals and stick to them without the "I am too tired to cook/I have nothing in the fridge to cook with - let's get take out" it's one of the things I struggle with the most.

I'm not big on calorie counting and food diaries. I have already (almost) reached my weight goal, I am about 2/3 kg away from it now, and decided to stop "dieting hard" and working on maintaining/eating healthy. What I am looking for is an app that takes into consideration my lifestyle to then generate a weekly meal plan that I can follow, strictly or with some tweaks when needed.

For reference, I use to use one when I was still living in Italy ("Melarossa") which I quite liked. It was fairly simple: would ask to input weight/height/age/gender/hip and waist measures, then have you draft an "average 24" (how much time you spend sleeping/eating/studying/exercising hard/exercising lightly ecc..), then come up with how many calories would you have to consume to reach your set goal weight. Then would ask your dietary preferences (veggie/omni, allergies ecc) and come up with a meal plan for the entire week, 5 meals per day. Every week the plan would refresh based on your updated weight.

That is pretty much what I am looking for, not something too fancy. I don't want a calorie counting or a food diary app, but something I can use to not having to "think" about my meals at the last second. I'd use the same one, but that style of "Italian style" meals it's harder to follow (living in the UK now) and partner is not too fond of them, which makes meal prepping for both of us a bit complicated.

Any suggestions? I am okay with apps that have premium features as long as is a one-off payment and not a monthly subscription.

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, or if the post is in the incorrect format in any way.
