Hey everyone...
It’s been a long road to here. In high school I was about 230 lbs, maybe 250 lbs at my heaviest. In college my weight went up and up, and last year in August, I found myself in the hospital in congestive heart failure at 470 lbs. I got rid of a lot of water, but got stuck around 400 lbs for the better part of 3-4 months. This past Monday I decided it was time for another change, and decided to start Keto. I weight in Monday morning, at 401 lbs, and I just weighed in at 380. Pretty crazy for 4 days, I can’t believe it. I even feel more energetic walking around. It’s like a huge stress had already been lifted off my joints. I guess I’m just looking for advice and inspiration for keeping this going. Tips? Tricks? Good ideas for snacks or the occasional sweet that’s Keto friendly to make sure I don’t fall off the bus? Appreciate it in advance!
