Reframing loose skin/stretch marks

I've lost around 40kg and going to lose another 20kg. I'm planning to have surgery on my arms, tummy and breasts after I reach my goal weight. In the past I've gained back weight because as I got smaller I got more saggy, so it was easy to gain it back because it almost looks better 'fuller', if that makes sense.

I'm wondering if anyone who has persevered with the loose skin and stretch marks have any tips on how to reframe how I think about them.

As an example, I used to think very negatively about my tummy until I reframed it as being a 'power pouch' that gives me energy and power in the gym, this made me feel more positively about it and embrace it. At the moment all the stretch marks and loose skin do is remind me of how big I was and feel like they slow me down.
